Brahm designed, wrote and managed a multi-functional database to hold the following data:

Travel Agent address and contact details
Publicity and Literature requirements
Travel Agent route and national revenue spend
Contact history
Events database
Reporting module

The Results

Following the success of the database and our expertise in the Travel Agent and Train industries, GNER has tasked Brahm with a series of Direct Marketing and Sales Promotion projects utilising the database. This includes a promotion to incentivise Travel Agents to promote GNER’s Mallard train service.
