Stage 1 - Mailing project

The brief

To raise awareness of the BlackBerry product and mobile data services.

Our solution

‘An office in the palm of your hand’ - we produced an innovative direct mail piece, which enabled us to demonstrate exactly how the BlackBerry could be used by business people who are constantly on the road, in meetings and out of the office. We targeted Sales Directors on the existing prospect database within companies nationwide. This was highly successful and generated a huge response.

Stage 2 - Train Stations project

The brief

To raise awareness of the advances in mobile data and the benefits of the new technology for people who do business on the move.

Our solution

We targeted business people carrying laptop computers at mainline regional train stations in Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham during business hours. A team of staff engaged conversation with prospects whilst handing out literature and collecting details and business cards where possible. Exhibition panels were used as a focal point of this activity and BlackBerry sized notepads were handed out to prospects to get across the size and convenience of the BlackBerry.
