The highly successful and privately-owned Leeds-based property group has commissioned Brahm for numerous corporate and site-specific projects over the last eight years. The most significant of these has been the Fradley Park distribution and business park near Lichfield in the East Midlands. Brahm created the brand and produced all the marketing support materials, including lettings brochures, newsletters, advertising and PR. The site has grown in stature as a result, to become the flagship Evans development in the UK and the new home for a 1million sq ft distribution centre for Tesco.
