Brahm created the brand, marketing materials and the PR strategy for the original Clarence Dock master plan and for the delivery of its first phases. The development is an exciting blend of residential, leisure and commercial use which has seen the 1 million sq ft development of Leeds city waterfront to create a new, dynamic and thriving environment on the south side of Leeds. Brahm’s involvement also included a high profile laser / fireworks launch event at which over 70% of first phase lettings were arranged.
