Brahm is advising CEG on a number of ongoing development projects including: Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, where Brahm is handling the research, branding and marketing support for the mixed use regeneration of an historic iron forge works; Columbus Tower, London Docklands – providing CEG with corporate presentation materials for discussions with planners on the development of a 63-storey high rise mixed use development, which will be taller than Canary Wharf; Saighton Camp, Chester – creation of a website www.saightoncamp.com for a potential residential site on the grounds of a disused army camp; Newton Kyme Village, nr York – creation of a website www.papyrusmill.com for a potential residential development on the outskirts of York at a former paper mill; McCormicks Tractor Site , Doncaster – providing PR advice relating to a land purchase and lease back deal : Manse Farm, Knaresborough – providing PR and consultation services relating to a potential residential development, and Manywells Industrial Estate, Cullingworth – PR and consultation advice.
