Bradford Centre Regeneration

Brahm was appointed in December 2004 to manage and deliver the marketing communications strategy to raise the profile of Bradford and present the Will Alsop Master Plan and vision of the new city centre to target audiences comprising Bradford District residents and businesses, developers and investors.

The initial £1.15million marketing budget was increased to £2.4 million in April 2007 on Brahm ‘s reappointment to continue the campaign for a further two years.

The campaign started with a strong visual theme based around the ‘Birth of a New City’ message which has evolved into a more advocates-based campaign as the regeneration of Bradford moves into the delivery phase.

The campaign involves all Brahm’s specialisms – brand development, advertising, direct marketing , PR, events, on-line marketing, research and public consultation.

Campaign progress is measured independently by MORI each year and clearly shows that the poor image of Bradford, that previously held back the regeneration of the city centre, is being lifted as the regeneration plans are being delivered.
