Anglian Home ImprovementsClient challenge:With a demanding sales network across the UK, Anglian needed an advertising system that supported its diverse, volume recruitment requirements whilst it also maintained brand consistency, managed costs and encouraged planning and response mechanics.
Our solution:Brahm produced a bespoke advertising manual containing a complete range of templates in a variety of advertising formats for all identified job titles recruited across the network. Written and styled to complement current brand activity, the range of advertisements provided a comprehensive choice, all of which would be reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis, based on usage and network feedback. Electronic workflow systems were also implemented between account handling and artwork departments to ensure accuracy and speed of response to volume requests and short deadlines. Alongside this an operational system was developed to manage the weekly requirements from a potential of 80+ contacts, which included email forms for initial order, cost and insertion date confirmations and response recording. Built around this were robust budget monitoring and MI systems which collated information supplied from the client network and built a comprehensive record of response data and cost. The development and delivery of this customised system has effectively streamlined processes and provided the organisational and reporting tools to facilitate more cost-effective recruitment strategies moving forward.
