Brahm’s Recruitment team has successfully handled UK-wide recruitment advertising requirements for both Persimmon plc and Charles Church for over eight years and recently won the major project to re-design their recruitment website.

Our solution:

We developed the existing static list of jobs into a fully interactive recruitment tool, building a site that is easy to navigate, functional, engaging and creates a truly positive experience of the Persimmon and Charles Church brands. The site, delivered and maintained by Brahm, provides candidates with an easy-to-use search function, practical job details and simple online application method. It also enables the client to make a fast, personalised response to the applicant. The client was extremely positive about the finished website, backed with strong evidence that take-up by users has significantly increased. We continue to develop the site with implementation of Stage 2 currently underway.
