I Can Do That 2!
An exhibition of artwork

the
Brahm communications agency team
February 18 – March 7 2005
Communications agency Brahm recently celebrated 21 years of championing talented local artists by hosting a charity exhibition of work by Clive Rand, one of the original founders of the company.
Brahm Gallery, housed in the reception of the Brahm Building, was established in 1983 by the company’s founders who wanted to give artists the opportunity to launch their careers. This has been successfully achieved over the last 21 years, and artists who have exhibited in the gallery have gone on to be established practitioners, including my predecessor Paddy Hartley. Hartley has recently been awarded a highly prestigious Wellcome Trust SciArt Production Award to work as Artist in Residence at Guy's Hospital, Kings College London until 2007.
Brahm Gallery has long offered a platform for outsiders to display their artwork, but the artists and audiences of these shows have seldom had the opportunity to engage with the internal vision of Brahm, the agency. I Can Do That 2! is therefore a rare occasion to witness the artistic talent that comes from within. |
