'Facture & Façade'

Facture and Façade is an ongoing photographic work-in-progress, a selection of which has been shown at the Midlands Arts Centre in Birmingham and in various group shows. The forthcoming exhibition of Heads and Torsos at Brahm Gallery is just a glimpse of a larger archive of extraordinary photographic images that Klomp describes as ‘facades which challenge the assumptions of the spectator and encourage an active scopic engagement.’

The artist’s work is contained in a number of private collections in the UK, United States, Australia and Spain.
