Client challenge:

Yorkshire Forward is a highly proactive regional development agency. Not content with promoting the region using traditional methods, they wanted to be able to promote Yorkshire’s commercial strengths to a niche target audience who have a direct influence on inward investment into the UK.

Our solution:

Brahm Events worked with the Yorkshire Forward team to stage an International business conference at the Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre in Westminster.

High profile speakers such as Alastair Campbell, Digby Jones and Sir Edward George addressed current issues around the UK economy and inward investment and successfully promoted the key selling points of Yorkshire for prospective investors.

An impressive 300 key intermediaries attended, all of whom came away with the message that Yorkshire is a great place to live, work and invest.
