Client challenge:

Evans Property Group is one of Yorkshire's most successful companies and manages a property portfolio valued at around £420m. Employing over 70 staff across the UK, Evans wanted to share the successful results of its latest report and accounts and, in turn, reward and motivate the team for a challenging year ahead.

Our solution:

Brahm structured a programme which would allow staff to attend an interactive management presentation balanced with informal team building activities in the woodlands of Ripley Castle in North Yorkshire. Outdoor challenges included a sequence of high rope and low rope activity where interdependency was crucial. Despite torrential rain conditions, the groups battled without notice to complete the course and were suitably rewarded with prizes and a sumptuous dinner. The event was a total success, and the feedback from participants proved that individuals learnt more about the business as well as the importance of teamwork.
