Client challenge:

Clarence Dock is the largest mixed-use property scheme ever planned for Leeds. With an exciting blend of residential, leisure, and commercial opportunities, the 1 million sq ft development is to transform the city’s waterfront, creating a dynamic and thriving environment. The Berkeley Clarence Dock team wanted a spectacular evening to mark the opening of the marketing suite and launch the scheme to the public.

Our solution:

Brahm tailored for the launch a memorable event that communicated the vision of the scheme and allowed guests to experience “Life at Clarence Dock”. A huge glass marquee was constructed on the side of the dock overlooking both the marketing suite and the development site. Over 500 guests attended and were treated to a laser and firework spectacular across the waterfront.

Entertainment was provided by 80’s pop sensation Go West and guests were given the opportunity to view the marketing suite and show apartment.

70% of the first phase properties were sold on the night.
