PersimmonBrahm has been working with Persimmon, one of the UK’s biggest house-builders, for nearly six years. Brahm produces national, regional and local press advertising for 25 autonomous Persimmon regions throughout the UK from Scotland to Cornwall and Wales to East Anglia. The key aim of the advertising is to generate enquiries and site traffic for Persimmon’s 400+ developments.Brand consistency is imperative as is impact on the page given the amount of competitive advertising in property supplements. On average this involves producing up to 250 press ads per week and managing an annual media budget of £7 million.
In addition to local and national press Brahm has also produced various marketing aids for Persimmon, including a Masterfile given to every new home purchaser to help them through the often stressful buying process and national signage and & corporate guidelines to ensure the consistency of the brand image throughout the Persimmon Group.
