Our challenge was to develop an integrated campaign for Keypoint Endowment Claims and to launch Keypoint as experts in recovering compensation for people who have been mis-sold an endowment policy.

A National Campaign, designed to gain high-impact, widespread awareness of Keypoint and its services. Launched in April 2005, the campaign comprised National TV, National Press and 1.5 million door drops per month. The campaign outlined the issues surrounding endowment mortgage policies, with a call to action directing customers to Keypoint’s freephone helpline. Brahm also developed a website, www.keypointclaims.com, which keeps information factual, is easy to navigate and offers customers a variety of communication channels including freephone and an electronic claim form.

To date the campaign has successfully recruited 25,000 claimants and Keypoint have become the fastest growing claims handler in the UK. Recent research has confirmed that Keypoint is the ‘most highly regarded claims handling organization’ in this sector.
